I really like trying new foods or eating food in a good cafe. And I like to capture the food I try by taking pictures of it. So, by joining this community I want to share my experience about trying various delicious foods.
This time I went to have dinner outside with a Korean food menu. I decided to go to Airo Kitchen. One of the Korean restaurants that serves authentic flavors. Located in the center of Medan, namely Jalan Kalingga, Madras Hulu, Medan. Since the first time I stepped in, the atmosphere of Airo Kitchen has succeeded in creating a warm and friendly nuance that is thick with a modern Korean touch. The interior is clean and comfortable, coupled with the strains of melodious K-Pop music.
However, the main attraction is of course the dishes. Every menu at Airo Kitchen is prepared with traditional Korean recipes, using high-quality fresh ingredients.
The signature menu that we tried:
Airo's Tteokbokki Combo Extra Spicy: The spicy sweet gochujang sauce and the chewiness of the tteok (rice cake) are just right, addictive. Added with ramen and eggs will be the perfect combination. And also the addition of mozzarella makes the sauce spicy sweet and creamy.
Kimcheese Fries: Classic potato wedges, with caramelized Kimchi, topped with Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella and Tangy Kimchi mayo sauce.
Bulgogi Gimbap: A combination of carrots, spinach, cucumber, egg rolls, crabstick, danmuji, burdock and bulgogi beef wrapped in Toasted seaweed and topped with Roasted sesame seeds.
Grapefully: Homemade Australian grape jam with mint and soda water. Gives a fresh sensation after eating spicy sweet and savory food.
In addition to the delicious and authentic food, the cafe atmosphere is also quite comfortable. It is not too big but quite comfy. As soon as we enter, we will be greeted by baristas who are making drinks in the bar area and there are several pastry displays that can also be ordered. They also sell merchandise in the form of t-shirts and cups as in this photo.
And also in front there are chairs for the waiting list area and a large mirror that can be used as a mirror selfie photo spot.
Friendly Service, Friendly Prices
In addition to the quality of the food that is not in doubt, Airo Kitchen is also known for its friendly and efficient service. The staff is ready to help you choose a menu and ensure your dining experience is comfortable. And no less important, the prices offered are quite friendly for the quality and authenticity you get.
That's all my experience about eating out in Korean Food cafe. Overall, the food that we order are so delicious and make us want to comeback again to try another menu.
