It's true - there's a lot going on in our garden @gardenhive 👍😍.
I marinate the okra in jars. I prepare it as follows: In each jar I put 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of salt, black peppercorns, fennel, garlic cloves. I fill the jar with okra and add water. I put vine leaves on top. I close and shake the jar every other day. After a week, the pickled okra is ready 😊.

Oh, that's interesting! Do you eat it in salads?
