Hello dear Hivers! 💖 Wishing you all well and good health ✨
There’s nothing quite like a cold, rainy day to make you crave something warm and comforting, right? The weather last week was exactly that chilly and wet. My sister and I had been craving ramen for a while, and since we’ve both eaten at Ramen Kuroda before and loved it, we knew exactly where to go. It was the perfect plan after we spent some time strolling around SM Grand Central later that afternoon. It turned into a perfect bonding moment for me, my sister, and our dear mom.
We headed to Ramen Kuroda for dinner, eager for their delicious Japanese Ramen. The moment we stepped in, the warmth was already welcoming, and the smell of savory broth filled the air; just what we needed to escape the cold outside. Since my sister already got her salary, she treated us.
My mom isn’t the most adventurous when it comes to food. She prefers familiar Filipino dishes and rarely tries foreign dishes. We weren’t sure how she’d feel about traditional Japanese ramen. But to our surprise, she loved it! 💖 Watching her slowly savor the rich broth and noodles of the hot, flavorful ramen made us so happy. Her smile after every spoonful said it all, showing us that sometimes, stepping out of your comfort zone can lead to a wonderful surprise.
Now, for something a bit unique about me, I have a little hobby. I'm really fond of taking pictures of restrooms, but only if they're beautiful in my eyes. I know, it sounds a bit strange, but bear with me! 😂
The restroom at Ramen Kuroda definitely caught my eye. 👀 It was so clean and looked really aesthetic. The floor was a nice brown, and the walls were covered in white tiles that looked like bricks. It had such a neat, modern, and tidy feel. I take these photos because I'm always looking for home inspiration, just in case I'll own my own house someday. These beautiful, well-designed spaces give me ideas for what I'd want in my future home, from the tiles to the overall vibe. ✨
Our dinner was more than just a meal; it was a warm, cozy afternoon filled with good food, the joy of family bonding, and even a little bit of future home dreaming. These are the simple moments that make life so special, especially when shared with the people you love most. 💕
Thank you very much for spending your time reading my post 😊 Hope you enjoyed it! ✨ See you again on my next blog! 💖
