In Pakistan, male cooking is still stereotyped. When I was young and entered the kitchen, my mother would scold me, saying, ‘What are you doing here? Cooking is for women.’ It was treated as if there was no place for men in the kitchen. However, times have changed. Even today, where a man entering the kitchen is considered taboo, during marriage, a man who knows how to cook is highly valued. I decided to challenge this mindset with my cooking skills. Many of my friends often admire my cooking, especially my shake recipes. Do you know what noodles are typically made of? Well, today, I’ll add a magical touch to these ordinary noodles, turning them into a soup filled with love. Yes, I believe that food made from the heart has a unique flavor.
