RE: What I am Going to Do in 2026 To Reach My Full Potential

in Weekend Experiences2 days ago

Nine course diner! WOW, that is a massive amount of rounds!

Losing weight. I have a lot of success with: Intermittent fasting in combination with low carbs. 16 hours no food, just water, black coffee, and/or plain tea (I drink fresh ginger tea). It'll take a week or two before starting to lose weight. The low carbs, being replaced by more protein, will make you feel more saturated, so you'll start eating less over a time, a few weeks already. When being strict on low carbs, one will also start to have more energy. I really like this way of losing weight, since I always feel satisfied, no hungry feeling. Perhaps only at lunch time, for half an hour or so. I stop eating at 10PM and start eating late afternoon, early evening.

Sort:

I do intermittent as well, I eat between noon and 8 PM only. My problem is that I don't do low carbs and what is worse I drink tea 3-4 times a day with no sugar in it, but with candy or some other desert.

And that is after reducing sugar intake by at least half. I think my next milestone would be to cut down on sugar even more and then go after low carb.

But thank you for sharing your routine, it highlights what I am doing wrong and what I should shoot for.

Sugar is the killer indeed. I went all the way from lots of sugar to no sugar when I stopped growing in lenght, end of youth. Since then, no sugar gravings anymore, well some time after I cut sugar I got to that state. Took perhaps a year.

Best of luck with the process.
