Good evening, hive friends, how are you? I'm always a little weak, so today I wanted to make a recipe full of vegetables and flavor: pasta with broccoli and cherry tomatoes with breadcrumbs.

For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 60 grams of tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of salt
  • 6 tablespoons of oil

First, prepare the broccoli: wash it thoroughly, discard the stem, then cut the florets and set them aside. Meanwhile, prepare a pot filled with water and the tablespoons of salt indicated in the recipe. Then, move on to the cherry tomatoes, wash them thoroughly, and then cut them into thin slices.

A very crunchy and flavorful pasta, perfect for summer and winter.
