This weekend I'd like to build up volume and combine triathlon disciplines. Today I've started with running and swimming.
All good, but feeling a bit the tiredness from the week and cooking for the rest of the evening will not make it better for tomorrow.
During the swimming session there were jetskis around so I had to be careful and reduced the distance for the first round. Normally I'll be swimming again on Sunday so that won't be a big problem...
