Day off and trip to Madrid: January 24 2025

I took the day off to prepare myself for the next sports trip. This time we're heading to Madrid. On Saturday morning Claudia will run the Spanish championship Cross Country and on the afternoon she'll join us for the modern Pentathlon, where we'll be swimming, passing obstacles and doing laser run, which is firing a laser gun and running, both twice this time and alternating. On Sunday they're will be two obstacle races and laser runs, once in male/female relay and once in mixed relay.

But first off to Madrid!
