Hello Hivians and to the actifit users, it's been another lovely day today and what I do today is walking around the streets in our town and also going back and forth in my house. I thought the weather today will be rainy but it's not raining for the whole day.
As I stroll in these streets, there were a couple of people that were walking and the tricycles were waiting for there customers to ride their tricycle. For me, I walked to exercise on this day and I go around the streets because it is like a square street that I can go round and round. I walked for 3 rounds and after that I went back home to take a little rest for my work at night.
The street that I walked into was also near our house that's why I walked for three rounds and went home. As I went home, my niece's were watching videos and they trash were everywhere in the house. I was mad at them and telling them that they need to throw their trash in the right place that is in the trash bin. So, I picked all the trash as I told them not to throw their trash anywhere.
After that, I just took a rest for a little while then eat my early dinner because it's in the afternoon at that time and I ate my dinner as early as I could be because my work is 6 hours straight with only 5 minutes break for a little rest and a little pee.
For this day, I had more than 6,000 steps doing that things today burns a few of my calories to prevent me from getting more fatter and fatter.
