The space of Oc Ty Sun is designed to be modern and airy, no longer with plastic chairs on the sidewalk or old wooden tables. 😁Instead, the restaurant creates a comfortable, pleasant feeling with the main colors being blue and white, creating a cool and pleasant feeling, the wooden tables and chairs look clean and polite.😆 The big plus point of the restaurant is the cool air conditioning system, very suitable for hot summer days. The cashier counter is located right outside the door, making it easy for customers to pay after enjoying the food.

When coming to Oc Ty Sun, what you cannot miss are the delicious snail dishes that are prepared very skillfully. Steamed lemongrass snails are my favorite dish here. 🐌Each snail is steamed just right, no longer has a fishy smell, is well-seasoned and has a fragrant lemongrass aroma. In particular, the snail dipping sauce is mixed according to the shop's own recipe, helping to reduce the fishy smell while still retaining the natural sweetness of the snails. The steamed clams at the shop also left a strong impression on me. Although clams are a type of seafood that is easily contaminated with sand, here, the clams are processed completely clean, you don't have to worry about sand or grit. At home, I also wash clams but my clams still have a little grit, I don't know why the clams here are cleaned so clean, this is the dish that impressed me the most here because the broth is sweet (drinkable) and the clams are clean and fragrant.
The big snails stir-fried with tamarind is also worth trying. The sour and sweet taste of tamarind blends with bamboo shoots and fried tofu to create a unique flavor, both strange and familiar. This dish is red, I think they added chili sauce.
