En un día caluroso es tan refrescante tomarse una bebida cítrica. Eso fue precisamente lo que me ocurrió hace un par de días. Venía de regreso a mi casa después de un arduo día de trabajo y pase por esta pequeña tienda de batidos. Es primera vez que compro allí porque ellos son relativamente nuevos y aunque ya los había visto, no había tenido la oportunidad de probar los batidos que venden, sin embargo, ese día fue diferente porque se unió el calor junto a un poquito de dinero que tenía y pude comprarme un batido de mora.
Llegué a la tienda y observé los sabores que habían, me llamó la atención que hasta había de cerelac con cambur, me pareció muy nutritivo pero tenía mucho calor y pedí un batido de mi fruta favorita.
Cabe destacar que disfruté mucho el ver la preparación. El muchacho que los prepara buscó un helado de mora que estaba muy concentrado y lo colocó en una licuadora especial en donde ya había colocado la leche, el azúcar y un poquito de agua. Luego de encender la licuadora, la dejó un rato para que se licuara bien. En realidad, era para que saliera en forma de granizado.
On a hot day it is so refreshing to have a citrus drink. That's precisely what happened to me a couple of days ago. I was on my way back home after a hard day at work and passed by this little smoothie store. It is my first time shopping there because they are relatively new and although I had seen them before, I had not had the opportunity to try the smoothies they sell, however, that day was different because the heat came together with a little bit of money I had and I was able to buy a blackberry smoothie.
I arrived at the store and looked at the flavors they had, it caught my attention that there was even cerelac with cambur, it seemed very nutritious but I was very hot and I asked for a smoothie of my favorite fruit.
It is worth mentioning that I really enjoyed watching the preparation. The guy who prepares them looked for a blackberry ice cream that was very concentrated and put it in a special blender where he had already put the milk, sugar and a little water. After turning on the blender, he left it for a while so that it would blend well. Actually, it was so that it would come out in the form of a slushy drink.
Después de todo el procedimiento previo, comenzó a servir el exquisito batido que parecía más un granizado. No sé exactamente cómo llamarlo, lo que sé es que estaba espectacular. Me gustó la manera en la que lo sirvió, porque se dedicó a realizarlo de una forma que llamó mucho mi atención. Yo estaba ansiosa por probar mi batido pero debía esperar ya que simultáneamente estaban preparando otro. La atención del personal fue muy amena y esto es demasiado importante para mí. Sí me tratan bien y lo que venden es de calidad, lo más seguro es que regrese.
After all the previous procedure, he began to serve the exquisite milkshake that looked more like a slushie. I don't know exactly what to call it, what I do know is that it was spectacular. I liked the way she served it, because she dedicated herself to making it in a way that caught my attention. I was anxious to try my smoothie but I had to wait as they were simultaneously preparing another one. The attention of the staff was very friendly and this is very important to me. If I am treated well and what they sell is of quality, I will most likely come back.
Al cabo de siete minutos aproximadamente estuvo mi batido y también el de un niño que pidió el de cambur. El precio fue de un dolar y medio. Considero que está accesible y que en vez de comprarme un refresco o un jugo procesado, debo optar por algo más natural y para un niño me parece una muy buena opción. Claro está, el azúcar es dañina pero por esta ocasión lo pedí con azúcar. Me encantó la presentación, el sabor, la variedad de sabores y el buen trato del personal.
After about seven minutes my milkshake was ready, as well as that of a boy who asked for the cambur. The price was a dollar and a half. I consider that it is affordable and that instead of buying a soft drink or a processed juice, I should opt for something more natural and for a child I think it is a very good option. Of course, sugar is harmful but for this occasion I ordered it with sugar. I loved the presentation, the taste, the variety of flavors and the good treatment of the staff.
Y hablando de azúcar, también le colocan una gomita en el pitillo para adornar pero créanme, estaba muy deliciosa. El envase es grande así que es un batido o granizado que además de refrescarte también te quita el hambre, lo que me hace pensar que sería una buena merienda.
And speaking of sugar, they also put a gummy on the straw to garnish but believe me, it was very delicious. The container is large so it's a smoothie or slushie that not only refreshes you but also takes away your hunger, which makes me think it would be a good snack.
Creo que un delicioso batido por el precio que les mencioné anteriormente no lo voy a encontrar en otra tienda. Afortunadamente, este local no me queda tan lejos de la casa, por lo tanto repetiré la experiencia 😋
