I always try to train my mind to stick to real food. By real food I mean unprocessed foods. Especially with many ways to produce attractive shapes. For example, with coloring from chemicals like modern cakes that are displayed in the display case attractively.
We will be able to restrain ourselves if we get used to it. Switch to healthier foods. Like this time, I have simple but delicious desserts to enjoy. Especially for those of you who are on a diet.
Currently I have managed to maintain my weight. Because I consistently exercise, including walking and lifting weights. I also reduce fried foods and other high-fat foods.
This time I have a stock of fruit. Especially avocados that contain good fats. I also have a stock of coconuts that are not too old.
So, my mind immediately thought about "Fruit Soup Based Coconut Milk". I don't have a blender to process coconuts into coconut milk. But in this case, I will only use a grater to smooth the coconut flesh which I will then mix with water.
THE INGREDIENTS
For 2 Servings
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 small apples, or the big one
- 2 sweet oranges
- 1/2 ripe pineapple
- 100 grams of coconut, or you can prepare 200 ml of coconut milk, the thickness is adjusted to your taste
- 2 tablespoons of sugar or according to your taste
HOW TO SERVE
It's very easy to serve. But because I don't have ready to drink coconut milk here, I have to make coconut milk first.
First I clean the hard skin on the coconut meat. So that later the coconut milk can be clean white.

After that, I grated the coconut. Then I added enough water. I don't want coconut milk that is too thick.

Time to serve. I arrange the base of the serving bowl with ripe avocado. I am grateful that this avocado is still good. I bought it from my regular seller.
After arranging the avocado, I moved on to arranging other fruits. You can use your favorite types of fruits.
Well, for the pineapple, this is hard work! It takes effort to peel the pineapple and clean the small eyes on the pineapple.
But this pineapple is really sweet. As if paying for the hard work. 😊
On top of the dish, I added a little more avocado flesh, also with a little coconut flakes.
Honestly, this does seem simple but it really distracts my mind from wanting cake with lots of cream!
