Oh wow! Those look delicious! I know TexMex restaurants in Texas will have stuffed (and fried) poblano peppers. Chile relleno. Yours look amazing as well. I'm sure it was a lot of work!

        They were delicious, and spicy for sure, but next time I am just going to steam them before stuffing them. I would love to try authentic Chile relleno's one day.
