La torta invertida de manzana también es una de mis favoritas y es verdad si se realiza con manzana roja queda mucho más dulce, prefiero la verde o la amarilla como vos. Ese truco de la canela no esta nada mal, le dará un sabor único, pero siempre no excederse. El bizcochuelo te ha queda esponjoso, que importancia tiene en ello el horno.
