I have become a bit lazy when it comes to the Asparagus.
when I am out and about doing stuff and find some, I just snack on them right there, raw.
while before, it was more of a ritual of going all around the farm, collecting them and then feasting on a massive omelette.
not everybody likes them raw, I did not at the beginning, but kinda got used to it by now.
wild foraging rocks ! enjoy.
