Easy Granola Recipe for a Healthy Breakfast or Snack / Receta Fácil de Granola para un Desayuno o Merienda Saludable

Greetings, beautiful foodie community.

Today I'm bringing you a wonderful recipe. I love it because it's easy to prepare. It's also very healthy, perfect for breakfast, a snack, and even dinner. You can pair it with yogurt, milk, or you can also enjoy it on its own.

This recipe doesn't contain sugar. I sweetened it with banana, and it turned out really good. Bananas are definitely a very versatile fruit when it comes to preparing different dishes. They always help us out when we don't want to use refined sugars in our sweet recipes.

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of banana, this is without the peel.
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats.
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (I used almonds and walnuts).
  • 40 grams of peanuts.
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil (you can use any other vegetable oil).

Let's get started with our preparation.

We start by mashing the banana with a fork and making a puree with it.

Then we add the other ingredients one by one, adding the oats and nuts.

We also add the peanuts, coconut, and ground cinnamon.

Now Using the same fork, we'll mix these ingredients very well.

We're going to cook this preparation in a pan with a little coconut oil, you can use another oil, but remember, the goal is to make this granola as healthy as possible.

We are ready to pour the Granola into the pan, The stove should be over medium heat, and we should stir our preparation constantly for approximately 10 minutes.

After that time, we pour it into a container. Let it cool, and it'll be ready! 😋

Personally, I really like to pair granola with yogurt. This time, I used strawberry yogurt and some banana slices. 😍 This would make a very complete and nutritious breakfast.

We can store what's left in a container—glass, even better—with a lid. We put it in the refrigerator and it can last three days! 👌

Hoy les traigo una receta estupenda, me gusta mucho porque no hay complicaciones a la hora de prepararla, además es muy saludable, ideal para desayunar, merendar y hasta para la cena, la puedes acompañar con Yogurt, con leche, pero también la puedes disfrutar sola.

Esta receta no lleva Azúcar la he endulzado con Banana y realmente ha quedado muy buena, la Banana definitivamente es una fruta muy versátil a la hora de preparar diferentes platos siempre nos saca de apuros cuando no queremos usar Azúcares refinados en nuestras recetas dulces.

¡Vamos te invito a que me acompañes a su preparación! 😉

Ingredientes:

  • 100 Gramos de Banana, esto es sin la concha.
  • 1/2 Taza de Avena en hojuelas.
  • 1/2 Taza de Frutos secos triturados, he usado Almendras y Nueces.
  • 40 Gramos de Maní.
  • 3 Cucharadas de Coco Rallado.
  • 1 Cucharadita de Canela en polvo.
  • 1 Cucharada de Aceite de Coco Extra-Virgen, puedes usar otro Aceite Vegetal.

Vamos con nuestra preparación.

Comenzamos triturando la Banana con un tenedor y hacemos con ella un puré.

Luego le vamos agregando uno a uno los demás ingredientes, añadimos la Avena, los frutos secos.

Incorporamos también el Maní, el Coco y la Canela en Polvo.

Ahora con el mismo tenedor vamos a mezclar muy bien estos ingredientes.

Esta preparación la vamos a llevar a cocinar a una sartén con un poco de Aceite de Coco, puedes usar otro Aceite, pero recuerda la intención es que esta granola sea lo más saludable posible.

Nos disponemos a echar la Granola en la sartén, la cocina debe estar a fuego medio y removemos nuestra preparación constantemente por unos 10 minutos aproximados.

Pasado ese tiempo la echamos en un recipiente, la dejamos enfriar y ya ¡estará lista! 😋

Personalmente me gusta mucho acompañar la Granola con Yogurt, en esta ocasión he usado Yogurt de Fresa y unas rodajas de Banana 😍 esto sería un desayuno muy completo y bien nutritivo.

Podemos guardar lo que quede en un recipiente si es de vidrio mucho mejor y con tapa, lo metemos a el refrigerador y nos puede durar ¡tres días! 👌
