Deliciosos Huevos gratinados con Champiñones y tocineta 🍳🥓🍄🤌[Esp/Eng]

Hola mi querida comunidad de @foodiesbeehive, saludos a todos los que disfrutan del buen comer y de la cocina hacen su pasión y disfrute ✨️

Hoy les quiero compartir una receta muy deliciosa y muy nutritiva, es una receta perfecta para el desayuno, su forma de presentación es en una canoa o plato ondo de barro, es un platillo para comer a cucharadas, asi que posee todos los elementos para encantar y consentir a rus seres queridos.

Estos huevos están preparados sobre una base de champiñones salteados con tocineta y queso crema, al que se le coloca mozarella y parmesano para gratinar, dándole una textura y sabor muy deliciosa. Es un plato con alto valor proteico y es una forma distinta de preparar huevos y salir de lo convencional, Así, que amigos, sin mas preámbulos ¡iniciemos! les encantará es super fácil 👌

INGREDIENTES: ( 2 personas)

  • 6 huevos
  • 1/2 cebolla
  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 100 gramos de tocineta
  • 3 cucharadas soperas de queso crema
  • 100 gramos de queso mozarella
  • 100 gramos de champiñones
  • queso parmesano al gusto
  • Sal y pimienta
  • Aceite de oliva, cantidad necesaria

PREPARACION:

Paso 1:

Lavamos y pelamos la cebolla, el ajo . La cortamos en pequeños cubos al igual que la tocineta.

Paso 2:

Calentamos una sarten con aceite de oliva, sofreímos la tocineta al estar dorada agregamos la cebolla y el ajo, a continuación limpiamos los champiñones lo fileteamos y lo agregamos a la sartén, salteamos por unos 5 minutos, luego incorporamos el queso crema, corregimos sal y pimienta. Reservamos.

Paso 3:

En unos platos ondos de barro aptos para hornear, colocamos en el fondo el sofrito de champiñones y tocineta a continuación colocamos con sumo cuidado los huevos, bordeamos con queso mozarella y parmesano. Llevamos a un horno precalentado a 180º C por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
