It would be really nice if Hive had a system to chat with others. I look forward to such a wonderful discovery. If a chat feature is built on Hive, I will completely quit using other social media platforms. Of course in Hive I found some community and friends who are blessing to me.

You have hit the nail on the head with this one! I am also confident that a lot of people would love to have a chat option included in here . And to be able to speak in real time stuff outside the posts that we are making here it would be very lovely. I have no idea if this will happen here or when. but I will surely jump with joy if it will. I think that people change all the time and that the reasons why new platforms are invented is because they need to cater to the needs of the always changing users. But the thing that people want the most is to feel that they can connect more with similar people. And this is why video calling and instant messaging and tweets are so popular. To have all of this in one platform would be ideal. I think that between entertainment and connection most people will go for connection on the long term.
