Las primeras clases tal vez no serán de algo nuevo para mí ya que tengo conocimiento de repostería. Pero siempre es bueno aprender y además estar ocupada en algo que amo es lo que me hace feliz.
Good evening, Hive friends! Tonight I want to share a little about how my day went yesterday. I'm so happy to be taking classes. The first few classes might not be anything completely new to me since I already have some baking experience. But it's always good to learn, and being busy with something I love is what makes me happy.

En esta clase aprendimos a preparar torta de vainilla, torta de chocolate, torta marmoleada, torta cebra y como pintar la mezcla de vainilla con colorantes. Debo decir que estás tortas quedaron deliciosas y disfrutamos mucho la clase. Amo compartir un poco de mis clases y así voy dejando registro de todo esto en esta maravillosa plataforma. Esto me recordó cuando estudie hace ya 8 años y amaba compartir mi avance aquí con mis amigas @melinda010100 y @sunscape hemos Sido amigas virtuales por tantos años.
In this class, we learned how to make vanilla cake, chocolate cake, marble cake, zebra cake, and how to color the vanilla batter with food coloring. I must say, these cakes turned out delicious, and we really enjoyed the class. I love sharing a bit of my classes, and that way, I'm keeping a record of everything on this wonderful platform. This reminded me of when I studied eight years ago, and I loved sharing my progress here with my friends @melinda010100 and @sunscape. We've been virtual friends for so many years.
