I think I need to sleep for 24 hours straight to regain all the energy I've lost over the past few years.
I haven't been sleeping well, and that's starting to weigh on me.
It's really better to take a break and to rest well.
When I was need to work with different schedule days or night for 12 hours it took me nearly month to return to normal circad cycle.

I'm on my way to a program at a far distance.
The plan is to take public transport to the venue.
It will take me four different buses to get there.
I'm seated in the third bus, waiting to move.
I see a familiar coastal bus slowly passing by.
I scream out of joy, they are my friends going the exact location.
They stop to get in and we all go together.
The program goes well and we return together.
It's a lovely coincidence.
Tekwan is a tradisional food from south Sumatra made of tenggiri fish, flour. It's delicious most people like it.
