A very Spanish entry and very appropriate for this new community (soon I will visit it), especially for the price of apartments and rents. But as the subject is another one, I will tell you that it is not an expensive purchase. In Madrid I do not go to the street markets because of the schedules but I do go to places like where you are supposed to save on the purchase, but the prices are higher.
