Egg Cake
I Post the same cake again ๐ณ๐๐โ, jep it is the same cake again, why am I doing it again and again... since I am learning which way is the easiest and best to make this cake. Here I do not use a lot of things, it is a very simple cake. The only thing missing is raisins.
What I am trying to achieve is that it becomes even fluffier every time, and in this picture it is already properly fluffy... I tested if I whipped the White of the egg separately to see if I could make it even fluffier, and I baked it on a low fire so that the cake had time to grow inside . I used four eggs, one small glass of flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and oil to grease the pan .... Take egg white with sugar, put sugar as you like. Beat the egg white into a foam so it doesn't fall out of the bowl anymore.... when it is ready, then shake one glass of flour through a sieve, and put the baking powder into two teaspoons of filling. ๐ ๐... add a little vanilla sugar too. Mix everything together with the machine , and lastly add the four egg yellow balls in what did you initially separate the egg from the White.
After that, put baking paper in the mold and grease it with oil or butter if you have it... cook at low heat, I guess I had 150 on.
But it's good if you can add raisins to the cake mix it will make it better, and keep it simple โบโบ๐ ๐๐๐ฆโ๐ฅ๐ฅฎ
