It occurred to me that since voting on contests and topics is an essential part of building this community, why not reward the members of the community who participate?
HSBI Rewards for Voting in Contests and Polls!
From this day forward, anyone who votes in the Post of the Month / Compliment of the Month / Non-compliment Comment of the Month contest, and any future polls addressed to determine the direction of this community, will receive 1 HSBI. Just ensure that you follow the rules of voting, which would be written in the relevant post, and you’ll receive your HSBI!
For those who might not be aware of HSBI, here is an article which may be of help.
The expectation is that providing rewards for this type of voting will help increase the participation in such voting, as we only seem to get a few people actively voting on things out of a total membership of close to 1200 members.
