It's probably more standing, even though just a half hour, than I would do. But they look so good! You got beautiful color from the frying!

Thanks, Pam, I know it can be long to stand when you're hurting. I do the hard parts early in the day and only have to do the finishing touches at dinner. Otherwise, it would be too much for me too. Plus, I always make enough for at least two or three more meals so some days I get to just pull whatever out of the freezer. Love it!
