Well, this is very cool! I'm glad one of them was ok enough. You had the psyllium husk flower too I see. You are much more adventurous than I! Years ago I tried making keto bread, but mostly it was a failure.

Well, I have to do things differently if I want to succeed. It is an interesting process, with so few ingredients. It is different eating a grainy bread. I still love making Artisan bread. I want to find more of a sandwich type, so the experiments will continue. lol

I'll be fascinated by what you discover as your try different recipes!
