Today, I revisited the Food Place food court, located at Pavilion Mall. The food court is located beside the Oriental Kopi Restaurant. It is time to try food from another stall.
This time, I ordered Tangy Tomato Handmade Shrimp Balls Noodles from the Xia Yuan Yuan stall, which cost RM22.90 per bowl. They make the Shrimp Balls at their stall instead of the ready-to-use type.
The dish features a vibrant, reddish-orange broth, indicative of its "tangy tomato" base. Floating generously in this broth are 8 pieces of plump, white handmade shrimp balls. These shrimp balls is the star of the dish.. The rice noodles are submerged in the flavorful soup. The dish is garnished with thinly sliced fresh cucumbers, offering a contrasting cool and crisp element, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions for freshness and aroma. The overall presentation is appealing and inviting.
