Milky & Spicy Ground Meat Stir-Fry...

Hello everyone!đ
Today Iâll be sharing with you a simple, yet flavorful dish made with very simple ingredients. This is a recipe you can easily try at home even if youâre on a budget. Itâs perfect for those afternoons where your time is rush and when youâre craving something a little spicy, just like I was today!
This afternoon was just a usual day where I must cook every afternoon because my husband always comes home when itâs his break time in the afternoon at work, but I wanted to make it a little more special. I was thinking of what dish we could enjoy and share as a family, something warm and comforting. I found myself craving for something creamy and spicy at the same time, so I decided to make this dish.
Cooking at this time of day always excites me because I love sharing my cooking with my husband. Heâs like my personal judge in the kitchen. Whenever I cook, I always look forward to hearing his compliments or suggestions. For me, his feedback motivates me to keep improving and getting better at cooking. So now, let me share with you how I made this dish so you can also enjoy it with your loved ones. Letâs start!

Ingredients:
Âź kg ground meat (you can use pork, beef or even chicken)
Half of a green bell pepper
1 stalk onion leaves
Half of an onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 spicy red chili (optional if you donât want it too spicy)
Âź cup coconut milk (you can buy it in a pack or make your own from fresh coconut)
Âź teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt and a pinch of MSG (adjust according to your taste)
Âź cup water
A little cooking oil for sauteing

First, prepare all your ingredients. Slice the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and onion leaves into medium pieces - not too fine, just enough to bring out their flavors.

Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, sautĂŠ the garlic for a few seconds until itâs fragrant, then add the chopped onion. Stir them together until theyâre soft and slightly golden. Next add the ground meat, spicy red chili, ground pepper, a pinch of MSG and salt to taste. Mix everything well so the flavors blend. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes until the meat turns brownish and is fully cooked.

Once the meat is nicely browned and cooked through, pour in the coconut milk and add the sliced green bell pepper. Mix everything gently, then add about Âź cup of water.

Turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for a few minutes, just enough for the sauce to slightly thicken and the flavors to come together. Donât let it boil too much so that the coconut milk doesnât separate.
Taste your dish and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more salt, MSG, water, or coconut milk depending on your preference. When youâre happy with the taste, turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate. Sprinkle the chopped onion leaves on top for color and a fresh flavor.

And thatâs it, your creamy, spicy, and savory dish is now ready to serve!
What I really love about this recipe is how easy it is to make. It doesnât require expensive ingredients, and itâs perfect for busy days when you still want to cook something delicious for your family. The combination of the creamy coconut milk, salty and spicy flavors really satisfies my taste buds, itâs one of my favorite flavor combinations.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my little cooking creation. I hope you try it too and share it with your loved ones. To more cooking adventures and delicious memories at the table, happy cooking!
