Hope you are back home safe and sound with your energy refueled despite the travel time of 4 hours. I usually get tired with that distance of a drive.
It’s a lovely, open area and also very flat, which makes running much easier. Where I live everywhere is up and down the hill. Great place to walk their dogs too 😁
I got home around 11pm and went back to work the following morning. I love driving. It’s like another form of meditation to me. I either sing along to some music or listen to some podcasts and the journey flows nicely 🥰
