I have posted this food in variations before - it is one of my favorites too...
I love non-meat version and the classical one..
The rice is the one in the picture with the ingredients - it is the classical rice for gemista we have in Greece!!!
I just noticed the photo, I am not sure if I ve seen this even though I like and use this brand!
I use karolina for gemista (just like my mother, hahaha) but I may try this one next time.
