Happy Weekend Everyone!
Last month, I had the chance to visit Manila for an exhibit, and as always, one of the highlights of any trip for me is exploring new food experiences. Since I was staying near the Mall of Asia, a friend recommended a popular restaurant inside the mall. Excited to try it, I headed straight there after the exhibit.
To my disappointment, the restaurant was packed, and the queue was incredibly long. Not wanting to wait too long, I decided to explore the mall and look for another place to eat.
Almost every restaurant was full! It was lunchtime on a weekend, and the exhibit had drawn a huge crowd, making the mall busier than usual. After wandering around for a while, I stumbled upon Paris Baguette and was drawn to their delicious looking pastries. I decided to stop and eat there.
As I stepped inside, I was immediately drawn to their food display. They had an impressive selection of pastries, cakes, sandwiches, and salads. Everything looked absolutely delicious, and I found myself wanting to try it all.
As I placed my order, I asked the waiter for their best sellers. He recommended their new dish, the Grilled Chicken Galbi, along with a dessert, the Dark Choco Pistachio Cake.
The combination of the Grilled Chicken Galbi and the kimchi rice was excellent. Then again, I might be a bit biased since I absolutely love kimchi rice! As for the cake, it wasn’t overly sweet, which was perfect for me. I prefer desserts that aren’t too sugary since overly sweet treats often give me tonsillitis.
After Im done eating, i went back to the pastries section and bought some for take out. since i could not anymore i decided to eat it for snack or when i get back at the hotel.
The cheese tart their best seller. when i came back, there are only two pieces left so i just took it. Overall, every dish I tried was delightful. It was definitely a memorable food experience, and I’d love to return to try more of their offerings.
Thank you for reading everyone have a nice day!
