I'd say that its winter based in the trees.

Looks like there is a wedding or engagement shoot happening in the background of the focal couple. That's a neat detail in the photo

        One of the little reasons to enjoy the capture, indeed. Was a not intentional bonus. In winter we usually have more snow (or dirty frozen soil, with no such a spring-esque bright green grass). ☘️The capture was done on October day, during 'magic hour'.
