I often do grams (ish) when baking ;)
I loves nuts, I loves bananas, I loves chocolate...
Most of all I looove Brownies!
A tip, it obviously depends on one's oven, but they probably would have been cooked after 45 min. I sometimes turn the oven off and go back in about 10 min if I'm not sure if a bake is done.
Your brownies look chewy and delish!

It was alright in the end. Just gooey enough, but not uncooked. I left it as you said, too, though I forgot to add that :D It's a big favorite for me, since I mostly play it by ear when cooking something. Let it sit in the oven, can't go wrong, might go right :D

Your brownie's texture looked nicer than the original recipe, it actually looks kind of raw!
Yes, we use the metric system as well.
