Today I'm so excited to share to you the breakfast I served today with my family.Its just a simple recipe from the leftover rice last night.

This is my own version of preparing this Filipino style fried rice.Heres the simple ingredients of my recipe.
Ingredients are the following
3 cups of leftover cooked rice
3tablespoons of cooking oil (vegetable or any kind of oil)
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 cup of chopped carrots (you can also add peas,or corn depending on what you want)
2cloves of chopped garlic
1 small chopped onion (optional)
3 tablespoon of soysauce
a pinch of peeper and salt to taste

Let's begin in cooking this simple recipe.Here are the basic steps
- Chopped the carrots into small cubes and minced also the garlic.I only used these ingredients because these are only available in my kitchen.
  
 2.Prepare the leftover rice by loosening and breaking it up any lumps for easier to cook it.
  
 3.In a pan,heat a small amount of oil and scrambled first the eggs.Set aside after cooking it.
  
 Basic Fried Rice Cooking
 1.Heat a pan and add a small amount of oil or you can used the remaining oil used in frying the egg. Saute garlic and onion(optional) I only used garlic because I don't like aroma of the onion being mixed in a fried rice.Saute until fragrant comes out.


2.Add the veggies.Stir Fry it until the vegetables  becomes cooked and tender.

3.Add the Leftover rice and mixed it with the veggies.

4.Mixed it thoroughly.

5.Seasoned it with salt and paper to taste.And Add a little amount of soysauce.

6.Add the cooked egg and stir it for about 1 minute.

7.Its cooked..and served it hot.


Fried rice is just a quick and simple dish.You can add more vegetables  into it,or it could be a meat,or garnished it with spring onions at the top,and you can seasoned it according to your own preference.
