Hello hivemates, good day to all of us here. I hope you are in good health and happy every day, no matter how busy we are in our lives, but not We forget to give ourselves a chance. And I am also grateful for the opportunities I have received here in the Community, which has given me the privilege of being able to post and teach others. And not only can I inspire my fellow hivemates 🤗😍here.
Did you know that I went to the mountains to visit my grandmother because I was always looking for vegetables in her garden, but I saw some bananas at her house, so I thought of something.By the way welcome to my next blog here!🤗For this blog, I will share how I make First time homemade fried bananas or fried bananas with flour, and sugar.
****First, you have also seen that the making or frying of bananas (Carnava). The banana must be ripe and then it is first because I will prepare a banana peel (Carnava). And I put it in the container but before I could cut it into a fourth of a banana ****
***First, before we slice, we should prepare all the equipment like a knife, bowl or knife and then the ingredients.
How to make:
*First, let's prepare a ripe banana (Carnava) because it tastes better when fried (Carnava). And then you slice a fourth of a ripe banana.
- and then put them in separate bowls and after that prepare the flour, put ½ of the flour in the bowl and add sugar (optional) and then add water and then add the banana. And then you soak the banana in flour with sugar and then you turn it over.after that, prepare ½ cup of oil, optional. If you have a lot of bananas to fry, you should also heat a lot of oil.**
- And then when the pan is hot and the oil is hot, put the banana wrapped in flour in it and then turn the heat down so that it doesn't burn or get soggy inside or either so that it becomes even. How to cook it Then when the bottom of the banana turns brown, turn it over and lower the heat so that it is evenly browned or it won't burn.
And now after the sideby side part of the banana is cooked, you can drain it and then put it on a plate ready to serve and you can eat it. It's perfect for an afternoon snack. Can be paired with coffee and soft drinks. It's not expensive because you're the one who's making it, and it's safe for children. So if you like to cook with it or have bananas to harvest, don't throw them away because they are useful and can be used to make other dishes you want to cook.To be honest, this is my first time doing this because I was lucky enough to go to my grandfather's farm and try to cook the harvest, so it was perfect. Try it with mommies, it's simple but filling🤗
