Malaysia is a big contender if tariffs are ever implemented in C.

The whole world seems to be a bluffing game until someone shows their true cards.

As for the diet that may be the problem. Are you bluffing yourself into thinking you are eating well? The caffeine is not half as bad as the sugar and whip cream they gave you at Starbucks. After fifty is time to reduce carbs a bit, add some fiber and veggies and protein and spend time stretching and relaxing the muscles with a roller and a small rolling ball. At this point our stretching time should equal our cardio and weight lifting time. Finally the stress. With all the stress you are getting, it is like holding in a big fart. Just let it out.

Malaysian already has a set of weird tariffs applied to cigarettes, alcohol beverages and cars. We don't legally produce cigarettes locally, so we apply an import tax of 300% for those. So as cars. Just because we have started "rebadging" cars in 1985, we decided to apply somewhere between 50% - 300% tax on imports. Oh btw, even the rebadged version of Mitsubishi which is supposed to be "local", is 15% more expansive then it's original price in Japan. Trade war? Malaysia already applied tariffs on many things even towards China 🤣 our cards are all over the place anyways, so we're waiting for the rest of the player to reveal their cards and we'll have to chop off a knee or toes to save some foreign invested manufacturer or we will be dead.

True on the worse choice of diet. Will be very careful to bluff myself next time 🤣 but the reduced amount of coffee does help a little bit on my sleep this whole week.

Work... Hmmm... I am trying to let out. I am having trouble finding something to balance it. I used to drink and getting wasted so badly until people taking photos of me standing at the bar table doing Cha Cha 😞 after those crazy years, I will usually run for an hour or two. Vo2max short burst run until I puke my brains out. With my current knee situation, I'm just glad to walk without a problem. I don't purposely release stress anymore, because I can't find anything really useful in "releasing". Jokes aside, farting does make me have a short sensation of relief, especially the heavy butane smell that drives the kids aways for a couple of minutes 🤣
