Ow, Mediterranean fish stew. Looks awesome. We used to prepare fish stew, but not the "Mediterranean" version haha, it was made of carp. All the best to you @alex-rourke in the new 2025 year 👋

        I'll have to write to Jane Hornby to ask why she decided to call this recipe mediterranean. It covers so many styles! But I do have to say it was very fun to make and also delicious New Year activity. Thank you so much for commenting, I hope you have a wonderful 2025!
