Mac, these look really professional. The crust, pre-glazing, looks perfect! I'd never have thought of adding cream cheese to the mix.
I envy the time you have to bake!
I hope Mum's little business is starting to take shape. I love the logo colour and think it will be a perfect therapy for her to help fill a huge gap in her life and focus on something positive.
