Hoy 28 de mayo es el dia internacional de la hamburguesa, hay varias versiones de como se creó este día, unos dicen que un día como hoy Otto Kuasw ofreció la primera hamburguesa a un grupo de marineros y otra versión como que un 28 de mayo se creo el primer pan para hamburguesas.
Realmente nadie sabe cual es el origen de esta deliciosa comida lo que si se sabe es que es la más conocida en todo el mundo por su variedad de sabores, diferentes combinaciones y diferentes formas de presentarlas.
En esta oportunidad le traigo tres presentaciones distintas:
• La primera es de Pavola un lugar donde venden variedad de comida pero su fuerte son las hamburguesas y pizzas, es la mejor hamburguesa con el pollo crispy más grande que he visto. Está trae tomate, lechuga, cebolla crujiente, tocineta, salsas y su respectiva pollo y de acompañante papas fritas. Una hamburguesa verdaderamente exquisita.
• La segunda es una hamburguesa árabe de un restaurante llamado Shawarma Express, estos presentan una hamburguesa completamente sellada pero que al morder encuentras la carne, la tocineta y full queso derretido, acompañada de papas fritas con salsa cheddar por encima.
• La tercera es de la Panaderia La Rosalba, estos ofrecen muchas hamburguesas y en esta oportunidad probe el trío, que son tres mini hamburguesa, una de carne, una de pollo y otra de cerdo, estas vienen con cebolla caramelizada, tomate, lechuga, salsas y de acompañante viene con papas frita, ensalada cesar y refresco.
En fin, las hamburguesas aunque catalogada como comida rápida, tiene su técnica de preparación y es una de las comidas rápidas más conocidas a nivel mundial.

• The second is an Arabian hamburger from a restaurant called Shawarma Express, they present a completely sealed hamburger but when you bite into it you find the meat, bacon and full melted cheese, accompanied by french fries with cheddar sauce on top.
• The third is from Panaderia La Rosalba, they offer many hamburgers and this time I tried the trio, which are three mini hamburgers, one beef, one chicken and one pork, these come with caramelized onion, tomato, lettuce, sauces and accompaniment comes with french fries, Caesar salad and soda.
In short, hamburgers, although classified as fast food, have their own preparation technique and are one of the best known fast foods worldwide.
