Cantonese rice, a recipe that I love very much. (ENG/ESP)

Hello blog friends, how are you? Sorry for my absence in the last few days but I was on some trips that I will tell you about soon, today I made one of my favorite foreign recipes, Cantonese rice, even if made a bit my way, it is still a delicious recipe.

For this recipe you need:

  • 150 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of canned fine peas
  • 250 grams of diced cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 500 ml of water

First we prepare the seasoning for the rice, in a pan we put two tablespoons of oil then drain the fine peas and put them to cook in the pan for about seven or eight minutes. Then we add the diced cooked ham to the pan and cook with the peas for another ten minutes or so, stirring often.

Then we prepare a pot with water and salt to boil, when the water boils we cook the rice for twenty minutes. Then we move on to the eggs, break them and put them in a pan over low heat with fine peas and cooked ham, mix everything until the eggs have a solid consistency.

Drain the rice and then take a large pan where we put 6 tablespoons of oil, add the rice and the seasoning to the pan and fry it for about five minutes, stirring often. We serve the rice, a real delight!! I really love this recipe which is delicious and everyone really likes it!!
