Good evening, blog friends, how are you? I've been a little busy these days, but today I finally have time to dedicate to Hive, and I'm sharing another recipe of mine. As you know, like a good Italian, I love lasagna and cook it even in the summer.

Luckily, it rained yesterday and it was a little cooler, so I cooked a different lasagna than usual, with eggplant, which I adore.

Eggplant goes well with everything, right? For this recipe, you'll need:

  • 12 sheets of lasagna pasta
  • 180 grams of jarred ragù
  • 1 large eggplant
  • 150 ml of béchamel sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

First, prepare the eggplant. Clean it thoroughly and cut it into large rounds. Add it to a pan with the oil, stir, and cook for about ten minutes.

Buenas noches, amigos del blog, ¿qué tal? He estado un poco liado estos días, pero hoy por fin tengo tiempo para dedicarle a Hive y les comparto otra receta mía. Como saben, como buen italiano, me encanta la lasaña y la preparo incluso en verano.

Por suerte, ayer llovió y refrescó un poco, así que preparé una lasaña diferente a la habitual, con berenjena, que me encanta.

La berenjena combina bien con todo, ¿verdad? Para esta receta, necesitarán:

  • 12 láminas de pasta para lasaña
  • 180 gramos de ragú en conserva
  • 1 berenjena grande
  • 150 ml de salsa bechamel
  • 4 cucharadas de aceite

Primero, preparen la berenjena. Límpienla bien y córtenla en rodajas grandes. Añádanla a una sartén con el aceite, remuevan y cocínenla durante unos diez minutos.

Next, prepare a large baking dish and immediately layer the ragù and béchamel sauce, spreading them evenly with a spoon across the entire pan. Then, arrange 4 sheets of pasta on top, then arrange the eggplant slices on top.

Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then bake for 35 minutes, then cook for another 10 minutes in a convection oven until the eggplant lasagna is crispy. Serve hot; it's not a summer dish, but it's always delicious and delicious!
