What an exquisite rice, with the touch of corn and coconut milk. On the other hand, I would add some steamed potatoes around it; however, I loved this recipe.

        We are used to enjoying sticky rice with a touch of savory sweetness. Adding sweet potato is something we often do but I've never tried potato.
