One of the standout aspects of Torre Bahia is its impeccable service. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with open arms by the owner/chef himself. The personal touch extended by Tremain, who hails from Merseyside like myself, added an extra layer of warmth to our dining experience. His friendly demeanor and genuine interest in ensuring our comfort made us feel like honored guests.
The attentive service doesn't end with Tremain; our waitress was equally friendly and accommodating throughout our meal. Her regular check-ins ensured that we had everything we needed, further enhancing the overall dining experience at Torre Bahia.
A Gastronomic Adventure

As we perused the menu, we were impressed by the range of options available, from hand-crafted Indian starters to Italian pasta creations. While there were limited vegetarian choices, as a pescatarian, I found plenty of fish options to satisfy my tastes.
For starters, I opted for 'The Prince of India,' a tantalizing medley of bhajis, samosas, and pakoras that set the stage for what was to come. The flavors danced on my palate with each bite, complemented perfectly by the delectable yogurt dip that accompanied the dish.
My girlfriend chose a starter of juicy prawns that she described as incredibly moreish – a testament to the freshness and quality of ingredients.
Memorable Main Courses
When it came to the main courses, Torre Bahia truly shone with its innovative and expertly prepared dishes.
I savored every bite of the roast cod served with asparagus and mussels in mariniere sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection – tender and flavorful – while the sauce added an extra layer of richness that left me wanting more.
My girlfriend enjoyed an exquisite dish featuring Pork belly paired with caramel burnt apple sauce, and tenderstem broccoli with Black Pudding Bon Bon and Calvedos Jus.
She described the dish as; "a heavenly blend of flavors and textures."
As I enjoyed my main courses, it became evident to me why Torre Bahia has earned its reputation for fine dining. The food was thoughtfully crafted with precision and care, resulting in an exceptional depth of flavors that were truly unique.
We didn't have a dessert on this occasion; however, the two courses were enough to leave me with that full feeling and warm glow.

In conclusion, the dining experience at Torre Bahia in Mojacar was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the exquisite main courses, every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations.
