Good day, hivers! What's up?! Who among you is a foodie like me? Foods are stress reliver, aren't they? Today, I'm going to share with you a peek into my daily eating habits, what I ate and how much amount of foods I take in from the begining of the day to the end.

MORNING BOOST

My day starts with a nutritious breakfast, which is important to set the tone for the rest of the day. At this time, I had:

•Rice
As a Filipino, rice is what we eat regularly. It provides my body an energy and nutrients that can help me survive the day. It has also became a part of my balanced meals which supports my overall health and well-being.

•Egg
Eggs are also one of what we regularly eat here in our house. Aside from it is very to cook and can be bought everywhere due to its tremendous supply, it has a lot of benefits to us like gaining protein, vitamins and minerals that could really help our immune system function and many more.

•Dried Fish
This is very delicious, which some people couldn't relate. My mother and father are very fond of buying dried fish because if ever we are in a rush or couldn't figure out what type of meal we'll have for the day, dried fish is really accessible due to its longer storage life.

•A glass of water
Of course, this isn't needed to be explained because as we all knew, water is very essential in life. Stay hydrated!

MID-MORNING SNACK

I usually do not include mid-moring snack in my routine but today is quiet a special day for me so let me include it and my mother also brought some snacks for me. For mid-morning snack, I had:

•Doughnuts
This is my all time favorite snack! Its taste is very delicious, I keep asking for more. A ring-shaped thing with lots of sugar around it, just looking at it makes me crave for it.

•Buko Juice
It's summer, so the weather must be a little bit hotter. Cold buko juice is something I am always looking for. The taste of the freshly packaged young coconut makes the summer more fun!

•Cassava
This one is new to me. A vegetable cassava is, I think, being crushed into tiny pieces until it became a liquid-like form and then it was cooked using an oil. It was tasty and a brilliant way to turn a vegetable to something that everyone, including those that aren't vegetarian, would like to eat.

LUNCH TIME

Half way of the day, yet my stomach isn't full. Another set of nutritious meal was prepared in front of me. For lunch, I enjoyed:

•Fried fish
Fried fish is one of my favorite source of protein. Its satisfying crunch and tenderness makes it hard for me to get up the dinning table.

•Soup
Honestly, I wouldn't let the day end without including soup in any of my meals because whenever I forgot to make it, I always felt like I was engaging in an unhealthy eating habit. Soup is very nourishing and hydrating.

•A glass of water
Of course, it was an essential one!

AFTERNOON SNACKS

It is almost the end of the day! To boost myself even more I reach for:

•Pizza
Since my auntie went to the town to buy something, she also ordered us some afternoon snacks and one of that is pizza. It has been a since I last tried pizza so I was kind of excited to try it and also it was from a newly opened store. Of course, the pizza never disappointed me because it was so good!

•Milktea
My auntie also ordered milktea to serve us our drinks. I tried the caramel macchiato, one of my favorite!

•Takoyaki
I am not really a fan of it but I still tried.

DINNER

Last meal of the day and to wrap it up, since my stomach was kind of full, I only had some:

•Rice
It will always be part of the meal! A very essential one for me!

•Boiled egg
Boiled eggs are such an excellent source of protein and are a good source of vitamins. It is very convenient and easy to prepare especially in times like this. Also, I like to eat boiled eggs in the evening because it can help me feel full until morning.

•Afritada
It was just a simple canned foods but very tasty. A must try!!

ADDITIONAL!!

•Fruits
These are very important for my routine because it serves as my final food every meal, the fruits. It was super important for my health, our health. It supports my healthy weight management!

That was all, dear hivers! All I could say is that eating is always in our daily routine and having our balanced diet is essential for maintaining our oerall well-being. How about you, dear hivers? What's your favorite meal?
