Rajasthani Green Chilli Tipore
This vegetable recipe is made a lot in summer season because these thick green chillies are available very fresh in summer. Whoever likes to eat spicy food likes this vegetable very much.
Ingredients:-
- Thick green chillies - 250 grams
- Gram flour - 1/4 cup
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
- Fennel - 1 tsp
- Lemon - 1
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Some water
- Mustard oil - 1 tsp
Method:-
First of all, wash and clean the thick green chillies thoroughly.
And then cut it into pieces
Turn on the gas, heat mustard oil in the pan
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and fennel seeds and let them crackle
Then add chopped green chilli pieces and let them cook a little
Then add gram flour to it
Add all the dry spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder)
Keep stirring till it is cooked well
Now add some water and mix
Then at last turn off the gas and mix lemon juice
If someone likes sweet and sour then they can add sugar to it
I have mixed only lemon juice here
Eat and feed this vegetable with paratha or chapati
