Fabulous ballet The Midnight Bell, based on a novel by Patrick Hamilton (also wrote Rope). Lots of lovely 30s songs, beautiful costumes, sets and lighting, wonderful dancers. Had chocolate ice-cream in the interval 😂.

              The theatre was interesting, too. Curiously faded, the right setting for that ballet.
