RE: I am another person now

I didn't recognise swole Mobbs.

My journey in life has changed significantly, with a hell of a lot more emphasis on myself.

I thought it was impossible to have more than 100%

I am glad that you have taken this journey - it is awesome! The more people who start taking care of themselves physically the better, as I think it will improve a lot of the mental and emotional sides also. I reckon it also impacts on the social aspects, as it puts more focus on being human again. We seem to forget about being human as we doom scroll content designed to engage us, but not inspire us to actually make positive human changes in our lives. Change the content though, and it can inspire positive action.

Oh - I have an Oura Ring, which I mostly use for sleep data. It has been pretty good and I am slowly changing my rhythms.

Sort:

I'm the most subtle swole you can get, at least for now hah. Getting there.

Yeah I think, like me but perhaps to a much more serious extent, people tend to fall into the learned helplessness trap far too easily; coddled and affirmed by the internet, which just makes people fall all the more quickly.

I'm quite proud of my social media feed as there's very little doom & gloom now, while also keeping me aware of the world's news (which is largely doom & gloom). Really gotta work the algorithm to get things just right.

As for the Oura ring, that's the posh one right? I decided against it due to subscription fees, this Ringconn 2 is free after purchase! (although they literally jsut released the third generation, annoyingly)

It is an epidemic. It makes everyone feel like a victim of circumstance, instead of an agent of change.

Yeah, but it is Finnish, and some of my friends have worked on some of the various bits of code and sensors - so support local, right?

Woah, awesome!

Glad to see you're still active btw! Got some catching up to do
