RE: Week 1: "Pilgrim's Progress" of QT on the Hive Blockchain

in Silver Bloggersyesterday

In the beginning I found Hive was all about getting out there and engaging.
Just because you have written a post don't expect anyone to read it or leave a meaningful comment. I wrote hundreds of comments and tried to find people that I enjoyed reading. As long as it is fun then it is enjoyable and with that comes growth.
Progress updates are great, there are some great sites and tools. I do like reading hivebuzz.me for example when looking at the stats.

You can see I rank 136th out of all Hive accounts for comments made. Almost 50k in three years!

Just have fun, keep it original as you are doing, and make sure if you do use images that are not your own, then they are freely available for commercial use.

That is brilliant, thanks @friendlymoose

You're welcome!

Thanks for the tips, @tengolotodo. On this:

My comments in this first week's progress report were particularly focused on my first one. It surprised me, but I am past that. As you say, you cannot really have any expectations.

I'll definitely look into the Hivebuzz.me stats. Numbers are good for an objective check.

Yes I remember listening to someone on a discord show saying keep writing your original thoughts, even if you are the only audience at the beginning, the audience will come.

Then factor in the Hive price. When it is higher, people come flooding back!
