Hello hivers! I hope everyone is okay and has a happy day. I am Teresa, and I know that many of us are looking for food that is not only delicious but also filling and has great benefits for us. Meatballs originated by ancient Rome but there are many versions of meatballs have come out. And this is my own recipe.his is great for those mixing meat with vegetables, a salty and slightly sweet recipe.
Sometimes failing can be the way to be more successful because if you try and try, you can make it! Remember always be in doing good!
One of the things that makes meatballs delicious is frying the meat properly. I was like this recipe when my husband’s sister in law was cooking this food. Then I posting this recipe because this is what I love. Cooking is one of my hobbies. Maybe one of you may like this recipe and try to make it at home.
Ingredients:
- 1kl. Meatballs
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 pcs.onion
- 2pcs.carrot
- 4pcs. bell pepper
- ground pepper
- pinch of parsley
- sweet and chili sauce
- salt
And I want to share the food that I want to cook or the food that I want to try to cook. But the truth is that sometimes I also fail at this. I'm cooking not only for my own benefit, but also I want to see the smile on the face of those who taste the food that I make. You know I am happy when I can make other people happy through me. First, my family, neighborhood, and the people who are reached by the blessings I receive. And thank God they like what I cook.
Procedures:
*Chop the vegetables and soak them in water.
*Fry the meatballs until they turn brown.
*Put in a separate bowl.
*Fry thee carrot.
*Add the garlic and onion.
*When the carrots are a bit soft, add the meatballs.
