This is the most unique recipe for meatloaf I have ever seen! "Kudos!" for your ingenuity! I don't make meatloaf often, but will try to remember to do this next time! 😋

        I tend to make meatloaf any time its raining outside and I need to cook a bunch of ground beef. Usually my goto is grilling beef patties, but when I cannot I just combine it all and bake it.

        But adding the cottage cheese is something I do not do too often but its always tasty when I do.
