We have different types of taste and different kinds of dish we want to cook for our meals. Some of it are very simple but delicious and nutritious.
Today, I decided to cooked three types of simple dish at home and all of this are very traditional and very popular here in the Country. All of this dish are very delicious and good food to eat. As part of my foodies blog, allow me to share the basic ways on how to cook and also its ingredients so that we will know on how to cook this foods. The first dish I cooked was batchui dish.
Batchui is one of traditional food here in the Philippines. It consists with vegetables variety like Carrots, cabbage, lettuce and Sayote. This kind of dish contains lots of Nutritional values and it os good for children or business. Most of the place were this kind of dish found are in eateries and restaurants. There are few ingredients aside of vegetable Varieties and this are the following:

Preparations:
- The First thing I did was to pell those onions and Garlic and sliced into smaller pieces so it will cook very instantly.
- Those big sliced of vegetables must be sliced again into smaller pieces and after that washed it with clean water.
- Adding meat with this dish is also perfect so it will gives an additional good taste for the dish.
Ways on how To Cook:
After washing and preparing the pan, first put some right amount of cooking oil in the pan and boiled it before adding the sliced onions and garlic.
When the cooking oil finally boiled, add the sliced onions and garlic and sauted it for a few seconds until it will comes the arome of the spices. Suated it very well in a right amount of heat so it wont burned.
After sauting, add the assorted vegetables next and mixed it very well so it will balance the taste. It need to stir for a few minutes so the the vegetables will cooked perfectly and after that add one liter of clean water to have vegetable broth.
Next, add the right amount soy sauce so the dish will have a good taste. Mixed it very well and boiled it so that the vegetables will perfectly cook.
The last Ingredients should add are the righg amoung of salt and other seasonings. Mixed it very well so it will balance the taste. The ingredients of this dish cannot cost very much and it is very delicious.
Tuccino Frying:
Toccino is also one of the most popular food here in the Philippines. There are few flavors of tuccino and it taste very delicious. This kind of food also good for adding in different kinds of dish and it a good smell and very tasty. It takes only a few seconds of frying before tuccino will perfectly cook.
Sauted Fermented Shrimp:
Sauted fermented shrimps is one of the perfect combination of different kinds of snacks just like Green manggoes. This is a kind of shrimps fermented with salt and food color. By cooking this it needs the few ingredients;

Preparations:
- First pelled the onions, ginger and garlic and sliced it into smaller pieces. This make help to cooked very instantly.
Ways On How To Cook:
First, put some right amount of cooking oil to the frying pan and heated it.
When the cooking oil heated, begin adding the sliced Onions, spring onions, Garlic and Ginger. Spring onions also gives color to the mixtures and it needs to sauted only few seconds.
The last thing must do is to add this fermented shrimps after when the spicies are all sauted. Cooking this needs a few minutes only and it gives a delicious taste that everyone will like. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
